Description The Aslanian Law Firm, PC represents many victims in both trust litigation matters, as well as personal injury cases. We handle many legal matters including trustee bad faith, breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, lack of capacity cases to contest trust amendments. Our Pasadena office serves families all across the Greater Los Angeles Area with experience from both the plaintiff’s side and the defense’s side of the courtroom.

In the past, founder Greg Aslanian defended major insurance companies, learning the strategies used against injury victims. He now uses that experience to help the injured parties recover damages and their rightful inheritances. Greg has also successfully represented trust beneficiaries who have been unfairly disinherited by defective trusts or wrongful trust amendments. He will fight for you and help recover your rightful inheritance.
