Family law includes divorce, legal separation, custody, visitation, alimony, child support, property division as well as modification and contempt proceedings. I represent those injured in car and truck accidents, dog bites and pedestrian injuries. Probate Court includes guardianship, termination of parental rights, adoption,will contests and estate administration. Juvenile Court includes representation of children who have been arrested and charged with a crime. Juvenile Court representation also includes parents who are involved with DCF such as DCF Orders of Temporary Custody and Neglect Petitions plus all aspects of DCF Investigations, DCF appeals, DCF Substantiations, DCF Central Registry and DCF licensing issues.
