Formally trained as a patent litigator and legal strategist for over a decade, Mr. Grossman has worked in New York City and Chicago with some of the nations top attorneys and firms. Most recently, he worked for the law firm Williams, Montgomery & John. While at WMJ, he represented clients in patent disputes in Federal courts, guided them through complex patent licensing and due diligence efforts, and solicited litigation funding when appropriate. He has represented clients in matters at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, district court litigations in a variety of jurisdictions, proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and arbitrations.
